With this analysis, I then determine the underlying root causes of un-inspiration to customize a cocktail of workshops, coaching, and ergo solutions.
And instead of a temporary fix, like a fun ping pong table and a meditation room, wellness solutions that focus on long-term results produce a larger and more sustainable impact on the individual level. My name is Jessica May Tang, and I believe in and support businesses who understand the importance of creating a supportive, meaningful, and healthy workplace in order to make a bigger and more positive impact in the world.
Companies hire me because of my unique approach that meshes my background as a licensed healthcare professional and as an analytical wellness-focused stress and productivity coach, as well as my passion in creating a happier, more fulfilled future world.
I recognize the role of mindset and emotions in the manifestation of physical pain, anxiety, and stress in the body. By focusing on and addressing underlying emotions and mindsets, each employee is empowered to adopt a more positive outlook on their life and career, transforming them into more productive, energized, and team-focused employees.
After completing my B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from UC Davis, I continued on to receive my M.A. in Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California. My certifications include Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS) and in the use of Physical Agent Modalities (PAMS).

What Does Damon Mean?
Damon is actually "nomad" backwards. I have moved into a new place of residence every single year for the last decade. While most people would hear this, groan, and think, "How do you do that??", but I actually LOVE moving.
It's an opportunity for me to do some spring cleaning with not only my physical materials and environment, but also my mindsets, perspectives, and behaviors. Every time l moved, I was excited by the opportunity to "reinvent" myself. I had a chance to ditch the old mindsets and behaviors that I didn't like anymore, and choose new ones to adopt.
And this "spring cleaning" idea is the basis of my coaching practice. We all carry around old mindsets and behaviors that have been strongly reinforced over years and years of repetitive and automatic use. And unfortunately, very few of us are taught to take the time to assess each one to determine if it still serves us or if it's holding us back from reaching success.
