About Damon Wellness Consulting

Damon Wellness Consulting is here to support your business in transforming your unengaged, unproductive employees into super productive, motivated, inspired, healthy, and happy team members.

Employee engagement and productivity through wellness education and coaching are increasingly seen as the true backbones of a business that wants long-lasting success.

However, if you don't have an expert on your team, it's unlikely that your investment in these areas is producing the desired result of decreased healthcare costs and improved productivity.

Jessica May Tang, OTR/L, CEAS believes in and supports businesses who understand the importance of creating a supportive, meaningful, and healthy workplace in order to make a bigger and more positive impact in the world.

Companies hire her because of her unique approach that meshes her background as a licensed healthcare professional and as an analytical wellness-focused stress and productivity coach, as well as her passion in creating a happier, more fulfilled future world.

By providing education on external and internal adjustments each employee can make, she empowers them to adopt a more positive outlook on their life and career,  transforming them into more productive, energized, and team-focused employees.

After completing her B.S. in Neurobiology, Physiology, and Behavior from UC Davis, Jessica continued on to receive an M.A. in Occupational Science and Occupational Therapy at the University of Southern California. Her extra certifications include Certified Ergonomic Assessment Specialist (CEAS) and in the use of Physical Agent Modalities (PAMS).

What Does Damon Mean?

Damon is actually "nomad" backwards, the inspiration behind the brand. For the last 10 years, Jessica has moved into a new place of residence every single year. While most people hear this, groan, and think, "How do you do that?," Jessica actually loves it.

Why?

Moving and traveling create not only natural opportunities to do spring cleaning with our physical materials and external environments, but they also provide a chance for us to reassess our current mindsets, perspectives, and behaviors.

We all carry around old mindsets and behaviors that have been strongly reinforced over years and years of repetitive and automatic use. And unfortunately, very few of us are taught to assess each one regularly to determine if it still serves us or if it's holding us back from reaching success.

In your company, Jessica aims to teach your employees to do their own spring cleaning with their workstations and attitudes towards work and stress so they can transform themselves into more forward-thinking, successful, inspired, motivated, happy, and healthy individuals and team members.
